We are looking for a Channel and Territory Executive under our Channel and Territory Department. This role is responsible for collaborating with other departments & clients in the management of collaterals and produce creative ideas to ensure project delivery as well as assisting in coordinating and securing event bookings on a weekly basis and to maintain and acquire new leads.

Here’s where you come in
You’ll be coordinating site bookings and management of territory for B2B, roadshows, residential and streets. We’ll need you to engage effectively with Salesworks’ partners, site-owners and roadshow organizers. Reports on roadshow bookings, weekly and monthly productivity among others will also be part of the accountability.

- To execute successful campaign rollout with the Sales Team.
- Constant dialogue with respective teams to drive continuous improvements on all aspects of an event.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Management
- Plan for weekly roadshows for respective campaign as per budget, policies and guidelines.
- Close engagement with sales team to ensure smooth event operation and to drive continuous improvement for respective campaign.
- Support sales team with marketing materials as and when required.
- Engage mall and site managements to acquire new paid and sponsored sites and space for respective campaigns.
Administrative
- Assist CTM manager to prepare presentation for internal and external meetings.
- Prepare, submit/upload of various required data entries and reports on a daily, weekly and monthly schedule.
Support
- Take on Ad Hoc request, roles and responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time.
